Project Overview

During the COVID-19 pandemic, disposable masks became an essential daily item in Singapore. Iptec Mask, a subsidiary of Zicom Holdings Pte Ltd, was already a strong performer across e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Amazon, and Lazada. However, with increasing competition, the company needed to establish a stronger brand identity and build trust beyond marketplace listings.

Key Highlights

Designed and deployed a production website using WordPress and Elementor to establish a strong brand presence.

Improved product presentation and user flow, contributing to increased customer engagement and sales during peak COVID demand.

Enhanced UI/UX with custom CSS, JavaScript, and Photoshop assets to improve credibility and conversion.

Problem

Despite being a top-selling product on major e-commerce platforms, Iptec Mask faced intense competition from many similar sellers. The brand lacked a centralized online presence to differentiate itself, build credibility, and control the customer experience beyond third-party marketplaces.

Solution

I developed a dedicated website using WordPress and Elementor to serve as a central brand platform. The site focused on clear product presentation, intuitive navigation, and strong visual design. Custom styling with CSS and JavaScript, along with Photoshop-generated assets, enhanced the overall user experience and strengthened brand trust.

Outcome

The website improved Iptec Mask’s online presence and contributed to increased customer confidence and engagement during a highly competitive period. This project provided hands-on experience in delivering production-ready web solutions under real business constraints.
